Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but I can adjust the duration based on your preferences and availability to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive footwear. If you're training online, ensure you have enough space and appropriate equipment available, if needed.
For in-person sessions, I have all necessary equipment available. For online training, minimal equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands is helpful; however, we can work with what you have.
If you need to cancel a session, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can reschedule and ensure your training continues without interruption.
I provide personalized progress tracking tools to monitor your improvements, including regular assessments to adjust the training plan according to your evolving goals.
