What to Expect During Your Strength & Conditioning Session
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team. We start with a brief chat to go over your fitness level and what you hope to achieve. Then we guide you through a warm-up tailored to get your body ready for action. You can expect a mix of strength training exercises utilizing free weights and bodyweight moves designed for beginners.
Throughout the session, we pay special attention to your form and technique. This approach helps prevent injuries and ensures you’re getting the most from your workouts. After your workout, we'll cool down and talk about how you felt. As one of our regulars mentions,
